  4. An EvntShell Demo application to show how a request for the user
  5. the register ShareWare can be achieved.

  7. Conditions of Use
  8. ------------------------------------------------------------------

  10. This application is SHAREWARE and is part of the EvntShell library
  11. system. This means that if you make use of EvntShell to write your
  12. own programs you are expected to register your copy which costs
  13. £5.00 or 15Dm.

  15. I do not give any guarantee that it is free of bugs, or supply any
  16. warranty about its suitability for use. However if there are any
  17. problems with it and you notify me of them then I will do my best
  18. to rectify them given the time and the ability.

  20. You may give this application to anyone, via any medium, so long
  21. as it is delivered with ALL the supplied files and unaltered
  22. (except !Run and !Boot).

  24. You have permission to use any part or the whole  application in
  25. any ShareWare/Public Domain project, ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR
  26. COPY, as long as I am fully credited (a sample of the note I would
  27. like included with all applications using EvntShell can be found
  28. in the EvntShell directory called 'HelpText').

  30. If you wish to use these routines in a program that is for sale
  31. (for however much and for whatever reasons) or released as
  32. copyright material then my express permission in writing must be
  33. obtained. I maintain copyright on all the material supplied and
  34. reserve the right to amend these conditions in cases where I deem
  35. misuse.
